Introduction to Fixed Ball Valves
Fixed ball valves have two body structures: two-piece and three-piece. The middle flange is connected by bolts. The seal uses reinforced PTFE embedded in a stainless steel ring. A spring is provided at the rear of the steel ring to ensure the valve seat is tightly attached to the ball and maintain sealing. Both the upper and lower valve stems are equipped with PTFE bearings to reduce friction and make operation easy. An adjustment plate is provided at the bottom of the small shaft to ensure the contact position between the ball and the sealing ring. Full bore: The flow bore of the valve is consistent with the inner diameter of the pipeline, facilitating pipeline cleaning.
